neonic Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 Just signed in ... so, let's introduce myself and to say hi. Well, years ago I played with Lego, mostly building trucks and other weird stuff. a Few years later I've build a truck (a bit of getting bored) and I still have it, build a trailer for it after it to 'transport' my bottle of booz. I've bought a bottle of Bacardi once, a 3 liter one, so I build the trailer that long to fit, And the truck stands now for a couple of years on my room. With cristmas, my sister came with her little daughter and she would like have some Lego for her so we picked it from the addict and try to build some sets. Was a little difficult because a lot of parts I've build in the truck. And ... she needed a plate for a set, I used on the bottom of my cabin. damn So now my cabin is teared apart haha. She did a bit difficult about it so I said, we just build some sets, and what we miss, we just order on the internet to complete the sets. But ... when searching on the internet for the missing parts I discovered a lot of new cool parts wich might look nice on my truck, and iv'e seen some cool creations so it started to itch and I've got some (new) plans for my truck. It's all my sisters fault Sorry for the whole story I can't help it, for some reason I've think it's still cool stuff. I've got some questions, and becuase of my stupid ideas, I decided to join this forum. Quote
dr_spock Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 Welcome to Eurobricks. What kind of truck is it? Quote
neonic Posted January 14, 2014 Author Posted January 14, 2014 The truck is the american rig from model team, the 5550 if I'm right, but it doesn't look like it anymore. I quess you would reconize te striped panels, the wheels and the doors of it. Further it is a bit modified in the years. Quote
neonic Posted February 1, 2014 Author Posted February 1, 2014 I finally order a couple of parts to 'renovated' my truck. I also made some pictures of it how it looks like now Hope to get these parts real soon Quote
