TheRedGuy Posted January 6, 2014 Posted January 6, 2014 I ordered the Parisian Restaurant on the Lego shop but there are no signs of the order. I did not recieve any e-mails and the order status only shows my previous purchases. It did however show me the "Your purchase has been completed" thing, though. Do I need to contact customer service or just wait? Quote
legolee35 Posted January 6, 2014 Posted January 6, 2014 Hi the red guy when I placed my order for PR I was told it could take upto 3 hours to receive a confirmation email and It also took about the same amount of time for it to show up in my order status Quote
Trance89 Posted January 6, 2014 Posted January 6, 2014 I ordered the PR and some other things on the first of january and allready received it on the third with normal shipment. I haven't received an order confirmation and also no message that is was shipped. According to the order status on Lego's website, the order is still in process... Quote

talos Posted June 8, 2014 Posted June 8, 2014 I don't want to start a new topic, but I've been patiently (well...maybe a little impatiently LOL) waiting for an order I placed with S@H over 5 days ago, and it's still showing 'customer service' as the status. I've called and asked about it and got a 'we're really busy with a lot of orders' excuse, and there were no problems showing for it. I didn't order any of the new sets either. I'm curious if anyone else is in the same situation. I've not had this happen before. Quote

Have you ever gotten any third party deals that just seemed to be too good to be true, on currently available sets? Anything that might have possibly been a drop ship scam, that might have gotten your address flagged in Lego's system? Quote

But then every day since the third week of May they've added a day to the date it was Backordered until (currently it's listed at June 21st). I'm not mad about it, just annoyed. My son, whose birthday it was for (and said birthday has come and gone already), is pretty aggravated, though. Quote

No, I've made about a dozen small parts orders from BrickLink, nothing I would call a super deal. Outside of one kook playing games with an order currently, I've had no problems. I've never ordered more than one of any particular set at one time either. Only thing I can think of is that I placed 2 orders a couple days apart, and have already received the first order. It's all just odd I am having trouble. I always get a tracking number once the order shows 'shipped' on my account. I get an email tells me it's shipped and it has a link to the tracking. I always use the free shipping, which is always FedEx. It takes about 5 days, to get to me in California. I seem to run into them having problems with the VIP points, 2x now an error pops up saying I can't use my points towards a purchase, because of a system issue. I get more points added after it's shipped. Just bad timing for me I guess. Quote
