TheRedGuy Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 The Tremor Track Infiltration I just have to say Why, why did they put arms on a tank and why the villain look like he have trashcan armor. Anyway the tank is not good because of the arms, it would be awesome if it was a idk, A Real Tank plus this maybe just me but the set look like the was not finish yet. The minifigure well the agent remind me of something I'd see in Xcon (idk) and the villain just look like trashcan don't need to say anything else about him. Why? Magic. Seriously though, would you want another generic tank or something unique and creative? Quote
GregoryBrick Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 (edited) "A tank with huge smashing fists and a driver wearing trash-can armor" needs no justification in my opinion, it's pretty much got everything you need right there already. Edited February 20, 2014 by GregoryBrick Quote
ShadowWolfHount Posted February 21, 2014 Posted February 21, 2014 Why? Magic. Seriously though, would you want another generic tank or something unique and creative? Good point but I think they should have change the color and give it wheels and add some more stuff... like a Gas Power Stick Quote
PenPlays Posted February 21, 2014 Posted February 21, 2014 Good point but I think they should have change the color and give it wheels and add some more stuff... like a Gas Power Stick Never runs out of gas! (Thank you for that ) I would like to say that this theme seems to be presenting some military items that would otherwise require a legitimate military angle. It's nice, an will be greatly accepted by military MOCers I'm sure. Quote
LegendsOfNinjago Posted February 21, 2014 Posted February 21, 2014 Interesting...the guys from Tremor Tracks has a slit in his eyebrow...coincidence...probably Quote
PenPlays Posted February 21, 2014 Posted February 21, 2014 Interesting...the guys from Tremor Tracks has a slit in his eyebrow...coincidence...probably How so? There are just so many nigh-injuries to the eye on action theme minifigures as of recent. Quote
LegendsOfNinjago Posted February 21, 2014 Posted February 21, 2014 I don't know I looked at it and automatically thought of Jay and assumed things...but that's just my mind making unneeded connections :) Quote
Wardancer Posted February 22, 2014 Posted February 22, 2014 Is this a new shield mold in the battering ram set? Quote
Pigbrick Posted February 22, 2014 Posted February 22, 2014 Is this a new shield mold in the battering ram set? You mean the one that Jack Fury is holding? It's not a new element but one that is often used for car tails for the Racers themes. But it makes for such a great shield! With that sticker (if it weren't upside down) just makes it look so cool! Fritzy Posted February 23, 2014 Posted February 23, 2014 I've found additional Toy Fair pictures here: http://www.cooltoyre...-LEGO/index.asp Some of the pictures take quite long to load though Glorious. Thank you! The Toxikita set is new to me, and I have a feeling Infearno Interception will be my first purchase. At this point, I need the most convincing on Hurricane Heist. Quote
TheBatstan Posted February 24, 2014 Posted February 24, 2014 .Wow, these sets look AWESOME! I'll definetly be picking up a few like the Riverside Raid (c'mon Lego, recolour that torso in brown for Commissioner Gordon darn it!) , Tremor Track, Infearno and maybe Toxikita. Quote
Kalhiki Posted February 24, 2014 Posted February 24, 2014 (edited) After taking a closer look at the Toyfair pictures, I gotta say "wow". These sets are drawing me in more and more. Definitely going to have to get quite a few of these. Also noticed Toxikita's biohazard skull and crossbones design on her shirt. Or something along those lines. That's pretty creative. LegendsOfNinjago Posted February 25, 2014 Posted February 25, 2014 I'm in love with the Infearno Intercepter! Infearno's head piece is great! Not to mention the vehicle is really cool looking! The trans-blue and black...glorious! Quote
WarSquirrel Posted February 26, 2014 Posted February 26, 2014 Here are some pictures I found of the sets Quote
Colossus Posted February 26, 2014 Posted February 26, 2014 How so? There are just so many nigh-injuries to the eye on action theme minifigures as of recent. Perhaps this is Lego foretelling all the ocular trauma that will occur because of their new stud-firing minifig blasters. "You'll shoot yer eye out!", indeed. Quote

"You'll shoot yer eye out!", indeed. ^A good laugh there. I've noticed some hate about these (mostly because they were used in the place of the more realistic blasters in some of the Star Wars Battle Packs), but after getting one in Bad Cop Pursuit, I need, and I mean NEED more. I've been wanting a minifig gun that fires for years. By the looks of the Ultra Agents sets, we're gonna get plenty! Quote

Something I wasn't expecting. Quote
Sir Brickalot Posted February 26, 2014 Posted February 26, 2014 ^ I know! The first reviews of the Star Wars battlepacks said that they don't fire sometimes, but they work amazingly for me... Quote
Alpha team Beta Posted February 26, 2014 Posted February 26, 2014 I'm in love with the Infearno Intercepter! Infearno's head piece is great! Not to mention the vehicle is really cool looking! The trans-blue and black...glorious! Looks like I'll be making a ghost rider moc Quote
Faefrost Posted February 26, 2014 Posted February 26, 2014 Looks like I'll be making a ghost rider moc I'm taking that headpiece as a sign we may be seeing a few yearned for yet unexpected figs pop up in the Super Heroes line. If nothing else it just screams Fantastic Four set. And like you I am already drooling over it for use in a few MOCs. I'm working on a Dr. Stranges Mansion MOC, and that nicely allows for a Dread Dormamu minifig. Woohoo! Quote
DraikNova Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 The reason I like the new guns? It's that, as a comment on an early picture of the part pointed out, using a white-and-grey version with an orange or blue stud looks like a portal gun. Plus, it's an oversized comical Sci-Fi gun. We've needed a generic one for years. Quote
TheBrickPal Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 Agents has got to be one of the greatest LEGO themes in the last decade, in my opinion. The set designs were so full of fun and the villains were very unique. Seeing a revival of it shows that sales must have been great, which is very good news. I really do love some of the transparent elements on the minifigures. The sets definitely capture the feel of the 2008 theme, with some innovation. Well done, LEGO! Quote
Pigbrick Posted March 1, 2014 Posted March 1, 2014 For me, this is my most looked forward series coming from LEGO for this year! What just really sells it for me is the villains. They're all distinct and unique, plus this is the closest thing I've seen to LEGO having it's own "comic-like" super villains. The rogue gallery is looking fantastic and distinct to anything I've seen before! Even from the Superhero line! I know I will be picking up quite a few sets once they become available! Quote
TheLazyChicken Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 After looking through the photos once more, I am now in love with Toxitica's Toxic Meltdown. I am probably going to get it too along with the smallest set in the series. Quote
