Help ID'ing part?

I've looked through the parts list but I can't find anything that resembles what is shown here. What are the big, yellow wheels down in the bottom right of the box? They look to narrow to be the tires in the instructions.

*EDIT* There are some parts included from other stuff, so they're almost guaranteeably not from the original parts list.

Fixed the link. It's from an ebay auction. I was debating snagging it, but I wanted to get those big yellow wheels ID'ed first if I could. Are they Robo Rider parts?

The wheel seems to be familair to ZNAP wheel, but the rim is totally diferent. Laso, note that all of the packaging states "CANADA". There are several unknown parts in shape of circle and teardrop. Looks like 3rd party parts.

The part looks modern so it is from the time that I've been following lego and I don't recognize it.

I went through all the znap sets and this wheel isn't found on them. It wasn't found in Robo Riders either.

I'll have to guess that it's a knock-off too. Or something so obscure that only people like Blackbird will know it.

They look like K'nex wheels to me .... many eBay sellers tend to mix lego and everything else.

Oh, I wasn't even going to THINK of placing a bid until I had 100% confirmation on what those things were. They didn't look like "LEGO yellow" to me... it was too shiny. So, being only recently out of dark age, I yelped for higher authority - you folks!

Set 8305 had some large, colorful, unique wheels. But they weren't yellow. I think the Megabloks answer is correct.
