what is your most exclusive lego set you have ever got?

I think you would've made this topic more interesing if you actually explained why you value these two sets.

Anyways, these two sets are valuable to me:

6034 - Black Monarch Ghost

This was the only Balck Knights/Monarchs set I had as a child. I really loved the armor and shield design and I wished I could have more of these knights and also more of their shields, including the oval ones. Needles to say the knight was allways the hero. I also always had the yellow dragon plumes from set 6056 attached to hist helmet.

7155 - Trade Federation AAT

When I got into Star Wars as a teenager, this is a set I really wanted to have because I think the AAT looks pretty cool. Unfortunatley it was allready out of production back then. This year I bought it new in box from bricklink because I still like the set after all these years. Of course, the newer AAT has a better design, and I also have that one but it doesn't have the tan color like the original so it's less valuable to me.
