Superhero instructions anyone?

I don't know where I would put this but these are all superhero sets so i thought here would be okay.

Anyways, I am missing some pieces so i emailed TLC CS and got this email

The pieces you need are based on a story and characters we didn’t create ourselves. Before we can send you the parts, we’ll need to get a number off the back of your instructions for sets 76008 Iron Man™ vs. The Mandarin™, 6867 Loki's™ Cosmic Cube Escape, and 6857 The Dynamic Duo Funhouse Escape. This acts as your proof of purchase. It’s printed at the bottom of the back cover near the LEGO copyright information and begins with a 4 or 6. Please reply to my email or call us with this number. As soon as we get it, we’ll be able to send your replacement. I’m afraid that our agreement with the people that created the story means we can only replace such pieces once, and we can’t sell them.

I cant find my instructions, so can anyone tell me the numbers for these sets. Btw, it not the set number it is on the back.

Were you requesting minifigure pieces, and were these missing in the sets? I've rarely heard of minifigure parts being missing.

Yes. Some w them were damaged but i didn't feel like filling out multiple forms. Do you have the numbers

If you go on Lego.com, you should be able to go on their products page, go on either DC or Marvels page, click on the sets, and "instructions" should be an option. Or I could just give you a link.

Freddy - way cool. I will need to file that information away. I had one of sebulba's legs (from the last podracer set) become damaged and needed this exact info (My instructions are off in far away storage).

Did you get your missing pieces after? I recently bought a Marvel Super Heroes set and had two lots of Wolverine's legs and missing Deadpool's legs. I did the online form for missing pieces and had the same response as you. I couldn't find my instructions anywhere (I suspect my mum might have binned them by mistake during cleaning. That will teach me for leaving them lying around downstairs) so I looked online and found the online structions like the ones linked here and sent that code off. That was over a week ago and I haven't heard anything back :(
