May we offer for sale this spacious , luxury apartment in converted former warehouse ( 530m ³ ) with a garden and an enclosed storage / utility room on a total land area of 256m ² in the former industrial area of ​​the city. The warehouse , with so-called aura , has been renovated with great taste . The front of the property overlooks the Eastern Harbour .

All features stone floors , living room with beautiful high windows (approximately 48m ²) with luxurious bleached oak flooring and access to the garden . The " open" corner kitchen is equipped with appliances , including a dishwasher, microwave oven , stove and also a grill plate . The kitchen is provided with a stone top . The,from the hall, accessible storage / utility room has plumbing for washing machine and dryer . The entire ground floor has underfloor heating . The ground floor also features a spacious bedroom , high windows for natural light

First floor : A spacious attic where possibly through a dormer , a second bedroom can be realised .

Details: currently a cast iron garden gate is being placed in the garden . The house is fully insulated. Pavement and public lightning are being placed at the moment.

This moc is my entry in the Modular Moc contest that is currently being held at LOWLug. The closing date is at the end of Januari.

Fantastic! Great detailing on the facade and a sumptuous interior and the scene of the workmen laying the pavement is really well done (well one working and two drinking Tea). I love it!

Really nice converted warehouse, the type of place I'd love to live in real life... But if I were a minifig I would put my LEGO layout in the attic, it looks like a perfect space for that
