MOC: Artemas the Sorcerer

[Takanuinuva]

This is my Self Moc. His name is Artemas the sorcerer. He is a hermit who lives in a cave in a distant forest. (This Moc is 99% purist. The tail and spike piece are the only custom parts. Tail has a ball joint glued on and the spike piece is painted silver.)

His magical power comes from his large Jeweled staff. The staff is capable of giving Artemas these powers.

1. Short teleportation (The exact same powers as the Kualsi mask of quick travel)

2. Levitation to float over objects. Only for 3 minutes

3 shooting elemental blasts of energy. Includes, Fire, Ice, Lightning, Wind, Shadow and combinations of any of them.

His staff has an axe on the other end. The staff can split in two and Artemas can use the Battle Axe separately.

Artemis is very territorial about his forest. He drives anyone who enters his forest away. People treat this as mean and selfish but Artemas does if for another reason. You see Artemas used to be a kind sorcerer who socialized with many. But one day Artemas went on a quest to slay a demon that was terrorizing a town. Artemas managed to kill the demon but a heavy price. The demon cursed Artemas before dying. On the night of a Full moon. Artemas transforms into a demon himself.

In his demon form Artemas is nothing more than a mindless wild beast driven on instinct. He hunts for food in his forest. It doesn't matter what he finds. He'll kill it for food. Be it animal or otherwise.

In demon form Artemas possesses enhanced strength and agility, long razor sharp claws, Increases sense of smell and hearing and the ability to fly. His only real weakness is that in demon form he only has one eye so he can't see very well. Also he is very sensitive to noise so if he hears a very loud noise he will fall to the ground into a fetal position.

The morning after the night of the full moon Artemas wakes up, usually covered in the blood of whatever he killed. Artemas tries to one day rid himself of the beast withing. If not find a way to control the beast within.

The cape isn't from Furno XL. Its a custom cloak I had made for the figure.

Ah, that staff is great. Love the random-ish shape of it, very sorcerish. (Yes, I like making new words with -ish.)

The figure is mainly good, like the fingers. The middle torso and shoulder joint area could be a bit beefier.
