Or can i get much money? It's rare since it's from the 1990s, but it's not one of the most sought-after sets. If it's complete and comes with instructions and box you might get something but don't set your hopes too high. Cargo trains like 4563, 64, and 65 are more popular. Here's some auctions. As you can see many want buy-it-now. For my taste they ask for too much. You could watch these auctions and then you'll see what you can expect. I'd say the success of this set strongly depends on its condition...

If you put it on .at people from Germany will see it, too, and there's quite a big market for trains. Even those...

Speed Regulators (i.e. Trafo) you can find on ebay or bricklink. And this is the wrong thread to discuss this, I'll make a new one...
