1980-Something-Space-Guy Posted September 6, 2016 Posted September 6, 2016 You might have a custom Bizarro printed by onlinesailin. I have one and its a near identical match to the actual thing except the muscle print is a different, older design. It is also machine printed, so it has that texture and reflection to it as you said yours does. This version is the only machine printed custom I've seen that could be passed off as the real thing if not looked at closely. How different is the muscle print? Mine is identical to the actual Bizarro as far as I can tell. Quote

Look up images of Lego blue batman and the results should show both the 2006 and 2012 versions. If it's not easy to tell apart, the 2006 muscle print with the large bat symbol has 3 lines on the sides of its abs while the 2012 version with the yellow symbol has two lines. The custom Bizarro I have uses the 2006 version. Edited September 7, 2016 by Raptor of Vengeance Quote

I can't believe I totally missed that. Beware, people! There are sellers intentionally or unintentionally selling customs as originals, and the card on mine looks identical. Definitely feel the print! Edited September 7, 2016 by BrickHat Quote
Robianco Posted September 7, 2016 Posted September 7, 2016 That's pretty bad. I own three original SDCC figures and three pad printed customs. I also own a couple of bootlegs which have been updated with genuine parts where possible and they're very, very good which is why I won't be spending over the odds on them. I've recreated the cards for the first couple of years figures and had them digitally printed but they're just for me. If you don't mind me asking... Any chance of sending me the link to the seller? 1980-Something-Space-Guy Posted September 7, 2016 Posted September 7, 2016 Well, to be honest, I don't want to create a bad rep for this seller unless I have a strong suspicion that he sold me a custom Bizarro on purpose. He bought the figure from someone else, and I suspect he was ripped off. I'll keep you posted. Quote
