Making want list from LDraw file to Bricklink?

I tried using brickstore but I think it's broken as it hasn't been supported for a while, when I tried to load up a nearly 3,000 piece project it only loaded a few then stopped so the want list is very incomplete.

Is there something that works currently and can take a .mpd file and spit out a complete list, preferably in Brickstore ready XML?
