Ideas for layout

Does anyone fancy to take a look at my 12v layout, and maybe get some ideas for expansion/changes?

The red background is my table (blue area could be used if really really necessary).

I really want to get a track from one of the vertical tracks to one of the horizontal tracks, is this impossible? I always seem to get half of a track section wrong?

I cant neither see how to fit in a crossing anywhere?

It's supprising how much 'play' is in the track over a large distance,

I planned and planned and then during installation found I could fudge it more than I thought.

You may want to think about moving that Switch on the far left hand side - if it's manually operated you've got a long reach over to get to it. Maybe you could rotate it through 180 degrees and add it to the 'to-be extended vertical at the lower left hand side'.
