Andy D Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 (edited) Limit on WV Market purchases? I was at the Anaheim Downtown Disney LEGO Store last night and I wanted to purchase 2 copies of the WV Market. My wife and I were doing our annual Christmas toy drive shopping, I got a few sets for myself, and I wanted to purchase 2 copies of the WV Market, they said the limit was 1. They also said that to get around this I could purchase 1 and my wife could purchase 1, but... but I could only get points for 1. I did not do that. Maybe it is a Anaheim DtD store limit, but why offer a work around, but no points on the second? No biggie, if I decide I still want a second copy I will just go to my local store, or purchase onine. The online limit is 5. Has anyone else run into a store limit that is less than the online limit? Oh, well.... Andy D Edited October 17, 2013 by Andy D Quote

Andy D The limit is 2 on the webshop (well the one we can shop from in Denmark) and it's out of stock at the moment. Quote
TheLegoDr Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 I've heard of a limit of 2 before in stores and 5 online, but never of just one. Even a lot of limited release exclusives still had limit 2 per customer. Very odd they would offer a second without points. The only justification I can see there is really having a limit of 1, but they let her buy a second copy and she wouldn't get points because she isn't a VIP member, but you are, and they aren't allowing other people to use your VIP card to make purchases. So it makes sense, but odd nonetheless. Quote
