I've always wanted to showcase my MOCs for Hero Factory 2014... Use this topic to post your creations for everyone to see!

As for my creations? I'll post them up when I get home from college and post more as I make them!

I noticed! :D

I've made MOCs of what I thought the Evo Walker, Stormer's Freezer Machine and Evo's XL Machine would look like, before the official details were leaked by a member on here. I'll see if I can post them up once I get out of this IT lesson! ^o^

Sadly, I can't upload pictures of my MOCs. :( The files are too big!

upload them on brickshelf, then deeplink them here.

or put theme anywhere else, like on MOC page or defiant art or some other picture hosting site, then put link here.

you might want to see here.

Apologies but I really don't see the point in having this thread,

If I am correct, the point of this thread is for users to share their 2014 HF MOCs in. Most users will prefer to post their creations in their own threads to receive feedback and comments, which is the purpose the forum itself is there for. Posting it here is going to get clustered very quickly, with people commenting over each other. If the purpose of the thread is to help promote your 2014 inspired MOCs, then the mocist can simply drop the hint into the 2014 discussion topic. Not the entire full set of pictures, mind you, but if you want to drop in a teaser picture and say "based off of the Mechs" and a link to the topic, then I really see no problem with it myself. That is why the tradition of a yearly discussion topic exists.

And I'm not entirely sure cross referencing all of your MOCs onto Facebook instead of sharing the pictures on the forum itself is a very good idea. As Kalmahiczek said, not everyone has a Facebook account, and even those who do have one are not likely to go to the trouble of joining the group itself, when their are many more alternatives that provide better resources. Flickr for example, gives you an option to create groups, and you can more easily share, comment , and view photo streams. There are already thousands of groups related to constraction themes on Flickr, if you want to host a group you should try to make it as unique as you can to draw people in. Posting your MOCs in such a way as you are now is going to make them very easily overlooked.

EDIT: That is your only way of sharing the photos? May I ask why? Given that if you can upload a photo to Facebook, surely you can upload it or recopy it to another photo hosting site, such as Brickshelf or Flickr?

On EB, MOCs are posted in their own separate topics, not all in one topic like this — the whole Action Figure subforum actually fulfills the purpose you've stated for this topic.
