X-O now, a day's he could make possible, maybe, a million dollors(just my guess, maybe evan a little more) but still when, and if he bought them when they were in stores's that still would have cost him thousands of dollars. Asuka Posted March 28, 2007 Posted March 28, 2007 (...) - how much is a dollor? Obviously 100 Kents.... :-P Quote
maiq the liar Posted March 28, 2007 Posted March 28, 2007 ;_; Reminds me of how weak my collection is... Worst thing is that i cant do a large amount for it-1. I'm not 16 2. Odd jobs don't pay much. Quote
Asuka Posted March 28, 2007 Posted March 28, 2007 ;_; Reminds me of how weak my collection is... Bah, collecting is a dangerous thing though. It Quote

Starwars4J Posted March 28, 2007 Posted March 28, 2007 Maybe you can't understand it, but I'm a collector as well, and it's an absolute thing of beauty :'-) Quote
maiq the liar Posted March 28, 2007 Posted March 28, 2007 @Asuka-A town was my intentions, also stop-Motion films. Once the town is in a presentable state, i may make a "Security camera" series of films. Quote
Commander Wolf Posted March 28, 2007 Posted March 28, 2007 Damn that's a lot of Lego. People ask about the point, well I've got a fair bit of kleptomania inside me and I fully agree with: Maybe you can't understand it, but I'm a collector as well, and it's an absolute thing of beauty For people like me there's a great sense of accomplishment when you start filling out that wall, little by little... But obviously I was talking about my own experiences.... Sometimes I find myself looking at all my sets still remaining in their boxes because I didn Quote
5150 Lego Posted March 29, 2007 Posted March 29, 2007 Maybe you can't understand it, but I'm a collector as well, and it's an absolute thing of beauty :'-) Again, i can understand if its built on display, but just sitting in boxes...... :-/ I mean ok. I have a buddy that collects mini figures and hot wheelscars. All are still in the packages. Some are over 20 years old. I still don't get it myself, but at least those are visable through the package. He says he'll never sell them, but he stoped collecting a few months ago, so we'll see what happens in time. Just doesn't make sence to me to look at a bunch of boxes. Espeacally for a toy/model thay just begs to be built. I just can't see waiting and waiting for somthing to come out, buying the set, coming home and then just putting it on the shelf. But to each his own. Quote
