nebraska Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 (edited) Here is my latest MOC; A minifig scale B-24 Liberator modeled after "Witchcraft"; one of the last surviving B-24's. She the held the record for missions at 130. My Lego MOC has working nose and wing landing gear. The props are powered by a single Power Functions motor. This will be used in a much larger diorama... Enjoy... There is a video in the flickr account but I can't get it to post in the boards... go here to see the flickr account: http://www.flickr.co...s/51492892@N02/ Edited October 15, 2013 by nebraska Quote

TheLegoDr Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 This is impressive. I love that it has working functions. The decal works really well here. I remember looking this up when you first talked about it and it is strikingly similar to the source material. Quote
lightningtiger Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 I it, especially the fact that you PF'ed it as well.....those props spinning make it look even more AWESOME ! Brick On 'nebraska' ! Quote
nebraska Posted October 16, 2013 Author Posted October 16, 2013 Thanks to everyone! You are all very kind! Amazing! Immense build, will we see an interior It has a flight deck (if you check the flickr account you will find it). I 'modified' a couple of steering wheels to make proper yokes. It will have one bomb rack in the first bomb bay. The front/rear turrets are 'closed' so I didn't see a point of adding an interior in them but it's so tight because of the plates used to hold the bottom part of the fuselage to the top - I don't know if I would have room anyways..
