I know, LDD has only relatively new parts. You're talking about the plates with the teeth on the ends, right?

Wait... doesn't LDD have Blacktron parts? Maybe it's just missing a lot of Technic.

I wanted to recreate a few early 80's Technic sets in LDD for another thread but too many parts are not in LDD and some can't be duplicated well with modern solution like the plate above.

Those are exactly what I'm talking about, see the teeth on the ends? Maybe I should have said holes on the ends.

Also if you have an old LDD file, there is no point to keep it. Because if they update the parts you would have to recreate the part and some parts are hard to recreate it. You got to try and import it to some other program.
