TheBatstan Posted October 11, 2013 Posted October 11, 2013 Hey guys, I've been doing some tinkering and have transformed both the 2012 Batmobile and Batwing into the vehicles from AA for a comparision here's the AA Batmobile and Batwing: AA Batmobile by LegoAO2365, on Flickr AA Batwing by LegoAO2365, on Flickr and here is the Lego version Lego AA Batmobile by LegoAO2365, on Flickr I decided not to add the third fin at the back cause it reminds me too much of the Schumacher-mobile. Side: Lego AA Batmobile by LegoAO2365, on Flickr and the interior, which i blacked out Inside View by LegoAO2365, on Flickr Now the Batwing, i mostly just transformed the wings and blacked out the interior like the Batmobile Lego AA Batwing by LegoAO2365, on Flickr and back Lego AA Batwing by LegoAO2365, on Flickr So anyways thanks for viewing and be sure to comment, criticism is welcome as well Quote
TGB Posted October 11, 2013 Posted October 11, 2013 Nice job on the batmobile! I think the batwing would look better if you lost the bat symbols. Once I get my cave in order, I'm going to start on custom vehicles. One thing at a time though. Quote
TheBatstan Posted October 11, 2013 Author Posted October 11, 2013 Thanks, I'll take that into consideration. Good luck on your cave Quote
KingPixels Posted October 11, 2013 Posted October 11, 2013 The Batmobile looks really, really good. I think the wings need to curve more on the Batwing though. Quote
kermit Posted October 11, 2013 Posted October 11, 2013 Nice work. The batmobime looks like the one in the game but I would raise the engine part in the middle of the front a bit. Quote

I'm trying to find the right piece to make the wings curve in the Batwing, as for the batmobile, I could add a piece but I just hope it doesn't go too high, Bats has to see where he's going! Quote
Elrond Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 Great job! I've always liked the design of the AA batmobile and your MOC is looking pretty good. Quote

I would go just one stud high. That should be high enough. Quote

Dayton Posted December 21, 2013 Posted December 21, 2013 Nice job with both. Only thing i would change is the logos on the Batwing. Quote

TheBatstan Posted December 27, 2013 Author Posted December 27, 2013 Thanks everyone! Im probably going to post another MOC but just a small one of a Batcycle in a few days maybe Quote
Luke Styer Posted December 27, 2013 Posted December 27, 2013 That Batmobile looks great, and I am pretty sure it looks better without the third fin than it would with. My only thought, and I wouldn't go as far as to call it a suggestion because I'm not sure how it would look, is that I notice the "game" model has little circles on top of the engine, and I'm wondering if you've tried replacing those 2x1 grating tiles with a couple of 2x2 round plates.
