Hi all!

I would like to present to you my first modular build! It is a block of a butchershop with an apartment above and a small bank branch office. Having just come out of my dark ages it is a build of many firsts: first modular, fist use of many new pieces, first use of pieces ordered trough bricklink etc. Anyway, without further ado:

Nice build. I dont think I have ever seen a corner building moc where it looks like two different buildings on one 32x32 baseplate. Most of the time the mocs look like one entire building. The colour choice blends well too.

Where did you get the inspiration to create this?

Cool modular, you've done an amazing job on the detail of the interior given the space you have to work with, it's fantastic! And the exterior is well detailed too, I love the snot windows in the butcher and the colours go well together!

All in all a great MOC, I can't wait for the next one  happy building

Very nice modular! The first floor windows on the butcher shop really caught my attention, as did the awning and the butcher shop sign, very clever.

My favorite is the bank, it just shows what can be dome with a 10 stud width.

VEry nice modular building! I like the simple lines of the corner building. Maybe the beginning of a little street?

Thanks everyone for the kind replies. Most of the choice made in terms of size are a consequence of the ammount of available bricks!

This is an awesome first modular building! I like the variation in the facades, not just from the bank building to the corner building, but also in the corner building itself. there's also some great details, like the flower baskets and how you have done the butcher's sign.

On the inside, I particularly like the use of that green curvy piece for the coffee table and the built-in desk in the old guy's bedroom.

I'm looking forward to seeing more modulars from you!
