Pate-keetongu Posted September 17, 2013 Posted September 17, 2013 Here's my newest MOC, a sculpture of masked vigilante The Comedian from Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons's Watchmen graphic novel. The build was rather challenging, especially the shoulders, head and arms, but rather fun and refreshing too (as LEGO hobby should be!). I'm especially happy with the legs and the torso. More on Cyclopic Bricks and Flickr. Enjoy! Quote
eurotrash Posted September 17, 2013 Posted September 17, 2013 Excellent! instantly recognizable. Quote
tomdobs55 Posted September 17, 2013 Posted September 17, 2013 I was expecting a brick wall and a minifig with a microphone stand. I'd much prefer this Quote
TheLegoDr Posted September 21, 2013 Posted September 21, 2013 I didn't care for Watchmen, but this is instantly recognizable. Very fitting. I love the scale and details you incorporate. I have no idea how to work in this scale, but I'd love to try it and make a few iconic characters for my display shelves. Any tips? Thanks for sharing! Quote

kermit Posted September 25, 2013 Posted September 25, 2013 Awesome job on your creation and nice touch with the cigar. The gun looks incredible but, shouldnt the barrels be the same length? Quote
