Trance89 Posted September 15, 2013 Posted September 15, 2013 (edited) Probably a bit late since summer is (almost) over, but still... This vignette started when I saw a transparent medium blue door laying around on my Lego desk. I thought it was a good piece to create an inflatable pool. Edited September 15, 2013 by Trance89 Quote

Legogal Posted September 15, 2013 Posted September 15, 2013 Nice scene with honeypot for flowers and cute little Friends puppy! Door for water is brilliant! Quote
timmyc1983 Posted September 15, 2013 Posted September 15, 2013 Very good parts usage, especially the door! And don't forget when the summer is coming to an end in one part of the world, it's just beginning in the other part Great work and happy building Quote
Mutant Orc Posted September 16, 2013 Posted September 16, 2013 It is very nice and clever. The dog isn't friends though is it? It's from the collectible minifigures series... May I ask what the blue stud is..? Quote
Trance89 Posted September 16, 2013 Author Posted September 16, 2013 Neat and clever vig you have there 'Trance89'.....the door was a spot of genius.....Brick On ! Thanks! Nice scene with honeypot for flowers and cute little Friends puppy! Door for water is brilliant! Thanks! The dog is actually from the collectible minifig series. It came along with the Trendsetter in series 10. Very good parts usage, especially the door! And don't forget when the summer is coming to an end in one part of the world, it's just beginning in the other part Great work and happy building Thanks! Yep, you're right about the summer thing but I typed that because this is EURObricks and summer in Europe is almost over. That was kinda irrelevant maybe, since there are a lot of members who live outside of Europe. Very evocative scene! Well done. Thanks! It is very nice and clever. The dog isn't friends though is it? It's from the collectible minifigures series... May I ask what the blue stud is..? Thanks! Yes, the dog is from the collectible minifig series. The blue stud is supposed to be a ball. I could've taken a technic ball joint but it would've been to big for the dog. Quote
kermit Posted September 16, 2013 Posted September 16, 2013 Nice scene. I really like the smirk on the guy`s face as he watches the lady in the bikini on the chair. Quote
Legogal Posted September 16, 2013 Posted September 16, 2013 Lady needs some sunscreen or she is going to fry! And yes, I have that cute little CMS dog! Very nicely done! Quote

Ajax Posted September 16, 2013 Posted September 16, 2013 Cool little scene, the dog is so cute I have 2 but want a few more, its pretty obvious the blue stud is a ball. Summer is just starting in some places, We just entered Spring here in OZ. Quote
Kristel Posted September 17, 2013 Posted September 17, 2013 Very nice scene! Great choice of minifigure for the guy. You can almost hear his thoughts! Quote
Sarah Posted September 18, 2013 Posted September 18, 2013 The blue stud is supposed to be a ball. I could've taken a technic ball joint but it would've been to big for the dog. Oops. I thought it was a dish of water for the dog. So he wouldn't drink out of the pool! Quote
