Yes it's one of the most original starfighter coming from a shoot em up game.

I must admit that's was a hard challenge

I hesitated building the 1p ship in black first.

The 2p ship , the Ginkei , is much much harder to build I think , shape are really too diffult. When I look at it , I can't imagine the right lego parts that could do the job

yes, it's true it's quite more challenging but the rendition you give to the 1p is really accurate so i think it's just a try and build matter.

edit... i've just build a ginkei inspired by your ship. i'll post some BETTER pics soon.
