Please can I introduce my almost completed version of the Little Rally Car By Mate Lipkovics

struggling to embed the image so the link goes to my flickr page. The car needs a bit more work on the back but i'm interested in your comments on the body work.

I think it would look a million times better if you could of kept it one color,I am sure that is why every one likes the cars by 'crowkillers' or am I missing something?

Alasdair,

Yes, you are missing something (in my opinion anyway), in my mind the different colours represent the livery of a rally car. I did ponder this when I first saw Mate's model and when building this version. Would it look better in one colour? I would have to build it and see. But as it's based on a rally car, without stickers etc, we have to emulate a livery of the various sponsors that are on a real car.

On flickr you right click and select the size you want then when thats loaded you right click and select copy image location, then press image icon and paste the link when your composing the message.

Its a decent model you have there and no two people like the same colours so its impossible to please everyone.

The colour is an interesting point and thanks for the tip on embedding and image, I did manage to do it before, i'm using the same method but getting a broken link. Anyway, back to the mode. If I could make it white with some nice stickers that would be fab. Actually, I'm thinking it's more of a Touring Car.

No, no, it is the colour that YOU the creator intends it to be. Otherwise you are not really creating it are you. I like it mate, good work here.
