jetboy Posted August 29, 2013 Posted August 29, 2013 PanMietek by the_jetboy, on Flickr Once i saw Jabba the Hut minifig i thought his body would be perfect to make shoes. Using Death Star for head, and wigwam for torso seemed as obvious. So here it is Mr Mietek. Mr Mietek is a robot, so i think this forum section is right place for him. Quote
Guest Posted August 29, 2013 Posted August 29, 2013 Such epic parts usage and quirky design, I love it! Quote
Csacsa234 Posted August 30, 2013 Posted August 30, 2013 Oh my god that is so awesome! Very very clever part usage Quote
TNT apples Posted August 30, 2013 Posted August 30, 2013 Haha this is brilliant! I love how you used very obscure pieces Quote
lightningtiger Posted August 30, 2013 Posted August 30, 2013 This piece of art is the work of a genius......I it......Brick On Clean On 'jetboy' ! Quote
kermit Posted August 30, 2013 Posted August 30, 2013 This is incredible. The use of those pieces are ingenious. I like how you made the bucket and the use of tthe tent as part of the lower body. The flower is very well done too. What was your inspiratiin for this? Now i have a use for jabbas tail. Quote
pif500 Posted August 31, 2013 Posted August 31, 2013 Every part of this moc is an NPU, and the result is awesome! Nice job! Quote
jetboy Posted August 31, 2013 Author Posted August 31, 2013 Thank you all for kind words. Kermit, as stated in desription. I saw jabba on it seem it would be perfect for shoes for gnome or something, so i noted it in my mind, later on death star was released, so it seemed lika a head with one eye. I got two of them, so i could have head with two eyes :) Recently Lone Ranger was released, and the tent looked like a shirt. I was no able to build it, as i only had one jabba, then Jabba Barge was released so i was alble to start building it, and after not so many tries Mr Mietek was ready. His hands were kinda empty, so i thought about giving him flower. Then my GF said he looked some like the janitor, so giving him brush and the bucket was he propper option. For those going for Lego Fan Weekend, you will be able to meet Mr Mietek in person in Skaerbaek this year. Quote
