IamF4u5t Posted August 27, 2013 Posted August 27, 2013 Hello, just another work i made also some time ago. I post it, maybe you like. Quote
Mutant Orc Posted August 27, 2013 Posted August 27, 2013 (edited) I've been liking ships for a while now but sadly lack the right pieces- I like this thoough it's depressing seeing the pieces I need but don't have!! Edited August 27, 2013 by Mutant Orc Quote
kabel Posted August 27, 2013 Posted August 27, 2013 (edited) looking good, but I'd recommend that you post some larger pics here. I will also add your cog to my ship index. Cool stuff! Edited August 27, 2013 by kabel Quote
Gideon Posted August 31, 2013 Posted August 31, 2013 Lovely to see more medieval ships! I would however appreciate some decent sized pictures with a cleaner background. Quote
IamF4u5t Posted August 31, 2013 Author Posted August 31, 2013 Hey, thanks for your posts. I know the picture quality is very bad. I am only lacking in know-how and equipment for professional photography. I try to find someone who takes care of a great photo-look for my next creations. Quote
kabel Posted September 1, 2013 Posted September 1, 2013 Nobody here is a pro photographer and there are plenty of tutorials on how to do a better job. Your cog is really its a shame it doesn't get more attention. Just give it another shot and a different medium! Quote

I try to find someone who takes care of a great photo-look for my next creations. A simple background (white sheet/piece of some rigid material) and good lighting (outdoors on a cloudy day, avoid direct sunlight, don't use a built-in flash either) gets you a long way. Most modern cameras can actually take ok pictures as long as they get good lighting. Edited September 1, 2013 by Gideon Quote
Infernum Posted September 1, 2013 Posted September 1, 2013 Beautiful little ship! I love the back section! Quote
LEGO Train 12 Volts Posted September 1, 2013 Posted September 1, 2013 Beautiful medieval vessel! I like all that wood! Quote
kermit Posted September 1, 2013 Posted September 1, 2013 Nice ship. Is that the finished product? Quote
kabel Posted September 4, 2013 Posted September 4, 2013 some things I'd change: first of all, make your own sails, the official sails don't neccesarily fit a cog. And second, I think you should place the shields in the aft section a little higher! Quote
