zephyr1934 Posted August 31, 2013 Posted August 31, 2013 When looking at this picture of a renaissance palazzo, you'll notice that the edges of these rustica blocks don't overlap either. So I meant it to be like this in my MOC, and I see no problem with it. And even when I did, the solution needs too many workarounds. Ah, cool (and irrespective of my thinking of a different architectural feature, apologies if my last post was too abrasive). Thinking about my earlier suggestion further, I bet the 1x1 technic bricks could be used to hide the unused studs. Since one would have to repeat row after row, it would just introduce a slightly larger than normal crack at the top and bottom of the stack (two total), the middle rows would be fine. Of course it would also introduce vertical cracks that span many rows of bricks, so it would be fragile. For me, I generally do not build interiors so it could be strengthened internally (I still don't understand how you interior folks do it, with so much detail inside and out). Quote

Hrw-Amen Posted September 6, 2013 Posted September 6, 2013 Looks nice just like a lot of country stations used to be in my youth. Quote
Duq Posted September 6, 2013 Posted September 6, 2013 That's a nice small town station. I like the effect of the roof. With those bicycles out the front it has to be Dutch ;-) Quote
