No pneumatics, only LA's. Fully RC with 4 motors (including servo)! Also with a huge bucket.

hmm any new parts? won't the current LA's be way too big?

How come, if they were not too big for the smaller 8265?

Eventually you may think they're a bit small. Not the opposite.

It's going to be a must-buy for the motors and receivers alone  Will bring down the prices big time hopefully.

You answered before I could change my post. I meant: too small of course...

Daft question, but by 2H do they mean second half of the year (as in June release) or just that it's the 2nd half of the 2014 sets?

I wonder will the new bucket be suited for a excavator as well?

I was expecting the same,it will have a turntable or gear connected to the servo for steering.

Long live Pneumatics.

Basically going to be the 8043's 'successor' Can't wait, the 1H models have been a bit disappointing IMO.

Hmm do you guys think there will be a technic challenge this year? There wasn't last year. :(

I would rather not see anymore challenges unless Lego can work out a better system.. There seemed to be quite a bit of controversy with the crawler body challenge...

Well, I think I've got enough info to build the darned thing by now. Unimog wheels, XL for drive, 2 L motors for bucket movements, servo for steering and more of the same gearboxes and LAs to complete. Do we even need a picture?

This is where the mod community come in.

Never the same really, would have liked to see lego come up with it! I am looking forward too seeing the first pictures though :)

If the bucket is too big to fit into a standard flagship box it must be big.

Will the unimog tires be big enough for a model this big! Are we talking same scale as 8110?

Well, I'd rather have full RC than pneumatics.

And yes, hubs will be yellow.

Both would have been nice together.

You'd be missing a bucket
