BrickChic_au Posted August 16, 2013 Posted August 16, 2013 Hi! I am a complete newbie to loving LEGO and was dragged into it against my will. LEGO was always my little brother's thing. I didn't really play with it much as a kid. When my son was born we bought him a set of LEGO Quattro and so his love of LEGO began but I still did not get into it much. I would get frustrated trying to follow the instructions and get things back-to-front. I got interested in the minifigure series LEGO, because they were neat and easier to assemble Then I got completely sucked in by LEGO releasing the Friends theme. Fast-forward a few years and I'm now getting creative and tackling my first real MOCs to display. I've even suckered Hubby back into building with LEGO. So now I'm trawling the great internets to learn all I can about building techniques so I can go bigger and better with our display. One day I hope to build something as epic as what I have seen at LEGO shows but for now it's all trees and landscaping for my sons dinosaurs display. Quote
