Carded Minifigs

While I assume LEGO produced their own blister packs for the SDCC exclusives (http://www.brickset.com/detail/?Set=COMCON028-1), I'm wondering, has anyone here seen anything similar? Either bubbles for cardbacks sized appropriately for LEGO minifigs, or clamshells similar to the SDCC exclusives?
