Minifigure Display Cases

Anyone know the story behind these cases?

Basically I'm just curious if the acrylic cases themselves are found items, or if this seller or some other artisan has built them specifically for minifigures. Of all the displays out there, these are some of the coolest I've seen yet.

I've seen those cases without figures & inlays, so I think the seller just prints a background card and bundles it with a figure.

Do you remember where you've seen them, how much they were, etc?

Sorry I thought I saw them on Ebay as well, but couldn't find any now.

I was actually looking for something similar to what you posted but instead found generic ones, I might have gotten them mixed up with one of the other styles though.

I'm interested in seeing anything like this. Anyone out there know of a place to get blister bubbles for cardbacks, to make carded figures like the SDCC exclusives?
