I am located in Kentucky, United States. 100% Cloud City #10123: All the minifigures are included. Pieces and figures are all in excellent condition (smoke/pet free). The only flaw I could find in the set is slight dust from sitting on a shelf for 10 years. I've cleaned it up a bit myself, but I can miss a bit of dust here and there on the pieces. Instructions are included (front cover has become separated from the rest of the pages), but unfortunately no box. Cheapest on Bricklink is $800 for a complete set. I'm asking $600.
