Need a Piece in SR 3D Builder

Hi. I built a technic model and I am looking for a piece and I can't find it in SR 3D Builder. (Here's the piece) I am new to SR 3D Builder. If the piece isn't available, is there some way I can get it?

I see it here... enter *44309 in search text field. (part is named: Tyre 22/ 73 x 30 ZR)

Yep, Philo is right. Here are all the search commands:

• prefix your search with - and it will search in the filename in the currently selected category
  
• prefix your search with * and it will search ALL the file part numbers
  
• prefix your search with nothing and it will search in the filename for ALL categories
  

It took me a while too, before I discovered these prefixes exist

I still can't find it. I searched *44309 but it came up blank. It shouldn't matter if I have a different category open, correct? I also tried entering Tyre 22/ 73 x 30 ZR and didn't get anything.

When did you last install SR3D Builder or the LDraw parts pack? Maybe you don't have the newest parts update.

I actually reinstalled SR 3D Builder about a week ago. I have version .8.9.18.

Ah, then you don't have the newest parts update which includes the part you need. Make sure you extract them at the correct place, the place where your current LDraw parts library is.

OTOH this part was unofficial for ages, and SR3D does include unofficial parts. So this part should be there anyway, even with wrong status.

I actually reinstalled SR 3D Builder about a week ago. I have version .8.9.18.

If you have/use both MLCad or SR3DB, ensure that SR3DB points to correct folder where the SR3DBuilder part library has been installed.

By default if points to c:\lDraw but if you already use MLCad then you may have chosen a different folder during SR3DB installation.

To verify where my appl points to, use the File.Setup Directory option from the main menu.

You may need to rebuild part list also...
