exo attack Posted March 7, 2007 Posted March 7, 2007 I guess many memebrs here use Brickset. I would just like to say it has been updated, with a new hom epage and some new sets. Close if old news please. Quote
mutex Posted March 7, 2007 Posted March 7, 2007 Yep, this is great news. This new site is way better than before, nice interface & super fast. Way to go Brickset! Congrats for the good work. *y* Quote
Asuka Posted March 7, 2007 Posted March 7, 2007 Congratulations! *y* Now you really deserve some cookies! Quote
Zaktan of the Shadows Posted March 7, 2007 Posted March 7, 2007 Nice. At least its faster now. -ZotS Quote
Trionx Posted March 8, 2007 Posted March 8, 2007 sweet! *sweet* It hardly worked on my computer before and now I can select my sets on there! yes! Quote
El Bucanero Posted March 8, 2007 Posted March 8, 2007 Finally! I was so dismotivated using brickset, but now it's finally faster! yihaa.... Mr Tiber Quote
Optimax X Posted March 8, 2007 Posted March 8, 2007 Good that it's fast now- the only downside is geting rid of "this years sets" button so all the new sets are mixed in with old ones- v. anoying. Quote
exo attack Posted March 8, 2007 Author Posted March 8, 2007 I also like that it is faster, And some new SW sets have been uploaded. Quote
Shakar Posted March 8, 2007 Posted March 8, 2007 A good new look, however the thing that makes me happy the most is that it's much faster now. It used to be quite slow at loading pages. Shakar Quote
BearHeart Posted March 8, 2007 Posted March 8, 2007 I noticed it too a few days ago. A big improvement: Nicer interface and a lot faster *y* Quote
Cabby Posted March 8, 2007 Posted March 8, 2007 Cool ! Nice layout and much faster now. :-) *y* Quote
phoinix Posted March 8, 2007 Posted March 8, 2007 big fan of bickset. i visit almost every day along with eurobricks! the new good feature is that now you can have a list of your wanted sets! (i think before you could just point them out but not have them on a list) the bad think is that we used to be able to see the list of our owned sets listed by year of release.. we are not able to do this now.. trooperdavinfelth Posted March 9, 2007 Posted March 9, 2007 YAAAAAAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!! *ahem* Yes, great news. Even when it was slow, I went there every day. I remember going there and seeing the names of the Fantastic 5, i.e., the five SW sets of '06. Namely the Slave 1 and the A-wing. Much happiness came about as a result of that site. Of course, back then, I had no clue what the heck Eurobricks was, so it was my only line of unreleased info. Now all I want is a pic of the Tie Crawler with the cockpits open, because surely there must be 2. The other thing I want is (duh) a pic of the Sith Infiltrator. I want to see how bad, and how good it really is. I also wanna see if it has Maul, Probots, and a speeder. Anyway, HOORAY FOR BRICKSET v5.0! :-D :-D Quote
Grrr Posted March 9, 2007 Posted March 9, 2007 Good that it's fast now- the only downside is geting rid of "this years sets" button so all the new sets are mixed in with old ones- v. anoying. Just click browse and then 2007 - this years sets will come up: http://www.brickset.com/search.aspx?year=2007 Quote
