burlogh Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 The day when the SteamCore exploded, changed the life of Sean Barclay-Stuart, 14th Earl of Shetland forever. As an owner of a huge steam-powered vehicle factory, he was in London on a business trip. He lost both his legs in the explosion and a bit later his right arm was amputated too but thanks to his loyal servants he survived the day. He just needed some... unusual medical intervention. Nowdays he is one of the richest and more powerful scottish landlords, his factory is still working though it is more of a fortification and a shelter than a plant. My entry for minifigure contest of Lego Vapourlypse flickr group. Quote

burlogh Posted July 14, 2013 Author Posted July 14, 2013 Thank you for the comments! Nice moc, but I'm getting flashbacks of Wild Wild West. You are the second one who mentioned Wild Wild West. Thought I'm one of those people who love that film, this time inspiration came from a randomly googled art:) It looks great but I don't get what the diamond is doing there... Every gentleman needs a walking stick! Even if he has no legs *cough* Quote
Captain Settle Posted July 14, 2013 Posted July 14, 2013 Great MOC! I love the steam gauge on it. Quote
DraikNova Posted July 16, 2013 Posted July 16, 2013 The details, like the bagpipe, make this MOC. Quote
