SalvoBrick Posted July 10, 2013 Posted July 10, 2013 Hello and welcome to the annual guided tour of my town. As usual my sigfig will guide you to the most important places to see in Brickville Here we are, my wife and me. She's going to buy some food stuff Infact she's going in the recently opened bakery It seems that's a vintage cars gathering, I think I'll go there and take some pictures In the meanwhile I go to the station Near the station there's a buiding in construction. No, I won't visit the working area again... Here I meet a friend of mine. He works everyday on his computer and he's waiting for the commuters train Unlike the old station, I can reach the other track using an underpass I meet my wife again at the butcher's shop, near the renewed pizzeria There's this open area, but I thing something will be built soon... There should be a fire emergency somewhere, since firemen are running very fast! A pause with a goof cup of cofee, at the blue cafe, which is a restaurant too now Another friend of mine is washing his car in his courtyard. He still has one of those small old cars that still fits in his small garage Works in progress :) My wife asked me to buy some fruit... I don't know what to buy :) On the other side of the street there's a TV crew interviewing "the man of the street": I'm too shy, I don't want to appear on TV Before coming back at home, I go to the post office to send a letter I hope you enjoyed this guided tour, more to come when I'll add something new. Seeya! Quote
Kristel Posted July 10, 2013 Posted July 10, 2013 Looks like a bustling town, with some really nice scenes! I particularly like the fruit shop scene and the facade on the bakery. Thanks for sharing. Quote
lightningtiger Posted July 10, 2013 Posted July 10, 2013 A wonderful and busy town you have there 'SalvoBrick'......I look forward to the next update.......Brick On ! Quote
Legogal Posted July 10, 2013 Posted July 10, 2013 Nice town lay out! The ration is my favorite building due to its design. I might try a different shutter coloe...black instead of green on the station. (Or a dark green or dark blue. Can't remember shutter color options.) The variety of stores is nice providing many things to do in town. Is there a park with benches for seniors and play areas for children? Any dogs you want to add to the build? Thanks for sharing your village with us! Quote
timmyc1983 Posted July 10, 2013 Posted July 10, 2013 Excellent little town you have there and a wonderful tour! I think my favourite building is the post office, but all of your MOCs are well done I also like the look of that Blue Cafe, any chance of a shot of the full exterior of that...? Anyway, I look forward to further updates! Happy building Quote
eurotrash Posted July 10, 2013 Posted July 10, 2013 That's a thriving little town you've got there SalvoBrick. There's so much going on and there's nice details everywhere. I particularly like the Station and the Construction site - that's a good use of Technic bricks. One observation; in the picture of "....another friend of mine is washing his car in his courtyard." There's a pair of trousers at the top of the image. I hope it's a washing line and not some terrible accident! Quote

Ajax Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 Cute town, has a very classic feel much like my city will have. Quote
SalvoBrick Posted July 15, 2013 Author Posted July 15, 2013 The tour continues... I forgot to buy the newspaper There's too much traffic today, I think it's not a good idea to go by car... I think I'll go by bus So, I'm in the opposite side of the town I think I'll have a hot-dog, I'm hungry... Dark alleys can be dangerous... More to come! Quote

SalvoBrick Posted July 19, 2013 Author Posted July 19, 2013 MOre scenes The money transport van has arrived to the bank. But who are those people hiding behind the van? This guy said he has fallen off from the tree because he was doing birdwatching, but I don't think so... Quote
