pif500 Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 Hi, Here is my new stempunk walker: C&C welcome! Quote
DPrime Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 Quite a nice, appropriately Steampunk-esque design! Very unique. The lantern is a nice touch, too! :) Quote
kermit Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 Looks like a giant cooked lego turkey with a guy`s head on top. Quote
xxlrocka Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 What happens if you cross a bag with a turkey and a man? All joking has been done. This is noice. Top notch. Quote
charlieboy Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 I like this, think that's the first time I've seen the palm tree trunks used for something other than a tree! Quote
Bob De Quatre Posted July 5, 2013 Posted July 5, 2013 Simple build but so nice! Good work pif500 Quote
Hammerstein NWC Posted July 5, 2013 Posted July 5, 2013 This is very cool, Would you mind if I made some suggestions? The Top half is very nice and there is some excellent shaping going on. Perhaps if you could break up the brown a little with some gold pieces it would add a little to the colour scheme? Do you have a black plate in the upside arch window? You could swap that with a gold lattice and it would add some really nice detail. Also the legs look a tiny bit unfinished. Again a dash of gold possible some 1x1 tube bricks to fill in the gaps may be beneficial or if you have them a couple of barrels on each leg would really give it some sturdiness and added realism? Finally the feet are very very small, perhaps a jumper plate on the bottom and some sloped bricks would add a little to the mix! I hope you don't mind my comments. The Top half is quite splendid but I do think the botttom could benefit from a little TLC. Quote
