Apple Pi Posted June 24, 2013 Posted June 24, 2013 Hi everyone! This a Hunter's hut I've made for my Forest Layout that will be part of the brazillian expo on November. I tried to use a snot technique for the walls and liked the way it turned out. Hope you like it! C&C are very welcome! Hunter's Hut por PedroPolo at flickr Quote
MikroMan Posted June 24, 2013 Posted June 24, 2013 Nice MOC, I like the way you've made sill and jambs on the front door. BUt what exactly are the bricks used for walls? I just can't recall a brick with such shape/pattern, unless it's log brick rotated by 90 degrees. Quote
KristofBD Posted June 24, 2013 Posted June 24, 2013 Very nice, simple but clever use of the bricks... Quote
kibosh Posted June 24, 2013 Posted June 24, 2013 Really loving that roof. Looks great. Heading over to your Flickr, hoping there are more pictures to be seen... Quote
Infernum Posted June 24, 2013 Posted June 24, 2013 Very nice MOC! Love the tree and cobblestone! Nice foliage too! Quote
Apple Pi Posted June 24, 2013 Author Posted June 24, 2013 (edited) Thanks everyone! Im really glad that you liked my work! And @MikroMan you got it right! I used a snot tech with the log bricks and rotated them 90 degrees :D Edited June 24, 2013 by Apple Pi Quote
odidoma Posted June 24, 2013 Posted June 24, 2013 It's a really good build with a lot of great details! Keep em coming! Quote
TheLegoDr Posted June 24, 2013 Posted June 24, 2013 Nice build overall. The SNOT walls work really well here. The tree is nice too. I need to add in more brick built birds for my trees I think. Quote
