Bigger Fish Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 Every time I try to download LDD for my Mac my computer keeps rejecting it, saying it's from an unidentified developer and won't download it. Any way around it? Quote
bacem Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 i don't know if it's right for me to say this, but i thinm this question belongs to LDD and other digital tools forum, not here. there are many experts whose able to answer your question there. Quote
Brickdoctor Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 Are you unable to download it, or are you unable to launch it? If it's the latter, it's probably an issue with Gatekeeper, and you can bypass it by Ctrl+clicking on the icon and using the Open command there. Quote
Calabar Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 Interesting thing, Brickdoctor. Could you write few lines about so that we can add the problem and the solution in the first post of this topic? Quote
Brickdoctor Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 Sure. I'll test it with a 10.8 Mountain Lion computer first, though (I'll be using one in a few hours.), since I don't have Gatekeeper on my computer. (Still using 10.6 Snow Leopard for my computer; stop trying to make my computers look like smartphones!) Quote
TrumpetKing Posted June 26, 2013 Posted June 26, 2013 I'm not sure if this is the right topic for this, but it is a problem. My LDD is updated to the latest version, but I can't get any new minifig parts (There's nothing past Series 5, and only one piece from the series), even under LDD Extended. I'm not noticing a difference at all between Extended and Normal. Is this a computer problem? Also, how do you recolor parts that have only been made in one color, as Paint tool hasn't helped with that, either. Thanks! Quote
coot83 Posted July 3, 2013 Posted July 3, 2013 I have downloaded my version of the 4.3 LDD builder and the tab that lets me "send to lego" to get updated on my profile never works. I would love to start sharing my builds but I have yet to figure out what is going on with it. I have a 2 year old HP so I assume this shouldnt be an issue. Also, I know that they have eliminated some things on lego builder, do they still moderate the software? I dont have any templates to make specific figs or anything either. Coot Quote
TrumpetKing Posted July 3, 2013 Posted July 3, 2013 I no longer have the problem that I was experiencing. Quote
