Ive looked at many posts but cant find what im after. Im wondering what the best motor is used to power the real wheels. Either an xl motor or an l motor. Or is it best to use 2. If so whats the best way to to run them with 1 differential. Also whats the best way for steering either a servo motor or an m motor with return to centre. Will I have to use return to centre with the servo motor

Thanks for your help

I would use a servo for steering.

For drive, the required motor depends on what the weight of the car is and how fast you want the car to move.

A S motor should be used if your car is very small and you want it to move reasonably quickly.

A L motor should be used if your car is a bit more heavy.

The fasted lego motor is a buggy motor.

There is no S motor, you probably meant M. M motors are surprisingly strong and can work well in medium models too, for example in tandems.
