That will be an interesting panel for sure. Wish I could make it. Still waiting to find out what Exclusives Lego might be offering. I am hoping for Star Wars, but I have a feeling it is going to be Super Hero related.

The creators of LEGO Legends of Chima team up to discuss the development of the newest blockbuster LEGO property. Hear how the TV series is developed and see how LEGO model designers bring the characters and vehicles to life in LEGO form.

Sunday July 21, 2013 10:00am - 11:00am

Room 24ABC

There is also a Chima panel on Sunday. Don't think I'll be going to this though unless they give out something. Anyone else going for all 5 days?

Anyone else going for all 5 days?

I got lucky last year and bagged four-day plus preview night tickets, but just got regular four-day tickets this year.

I suspect all the good stuff will sell out on preview night.

Could somebody get me the exclusive Bag End set ? I could pay him 40$ + $ for helping me. Please, please, please ! I really need it to complete my collection :cry_sad:

Salt Lake City, Utah is gearing up for it's Comic Con in September and if the numbers from last years first run means anything it will be a huge one this year with better set up with more convention space used and better events scheduled. There is a Comic Con Fan Experience this coming week from the 17th - 19th and already has some huge ticket sells for that one. The fan experience already has a huge line up of actors scheduled with almost all the TNG cast, Nathan Fillion and Karen Gillan (if you like hot redheads from Doctor Who). My understanding that there will be a large LEGO display there but you will have to double check with a local EBer about it as I don't know much about what they are doing.

stevkir,

You are correct. We, ULUG (Utah LEGO Users Group, of which I am an active member) did as a matter of fact have a display there in the "Kid Con" area. We also displayed at the initial one last September and are working out the last details for the upcoming 2nd Salt Lake Comic Con in September of this year. (As a side note, this particular event was labled "FanX" or "FanXperiance" and to what its actual intended purpose was is still open to discussion.) However since this is an event not affiliated with the Comic Con International, I will refrain from commenting further here. I will post a link to a summary article of the event as soon as I have done so.
