Propicz89 Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 (edited) Boromir's last stand by -Norsefireunited-, on Flickr My latest MOC depicts Boromir's final moments, as he desperately fights off the hordes of rampaging Uruk hai. I'm pretty pleased with this, and thought the photography of it was OK as well. Please leave feedback as it means alot. Thanks- Edited June 14, 2013 by Propicz89 Quote
TheLegoDr Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 Other than adding in some more trees, I think you captured the feel of the scene well. If the build was bigger, adding in an archer farther away might help. Otherwise, I think the builds looks great. The terrain works well. I'm still trying to work on my landscaping skills. Quote
soccerkid6 Posted June 15, 2013 Posted June 15, 2013 Great work capturing the ground texture Excellent fig posing as well, you captured the scene nicely Quote
Only Sinner Posted June 15, 2013 Posted June 15, 2013 A fine representation of the battle scene, with perfect fig selection and posing. The plants and ground look really good. Quote
Wat Tambor Posted June 15, 2013 Posted June 15, 2013 A nice looking vignette. The minifigure posing and the choice of headprint for this scene is well done. I also like the little trees in the background! Quote
Wedge09 Posted June 15, 2013 Posted June 15, 2013 (edited) Great work recapturing the scene  Edited June 15, 2013 by Wedge09 Quote
BEAVeR Posted June 15, 2013 Posted June 15, 2013 Nice little scene you made here. I like how the ground shows a perfect mixture of dirt, vegetation and rock. Maybe a little piece of ruin would make the place more recognizable. And if you could add some relief, some variation in hight - as I remember from the movie - you could give this vignette a little extra, something unique. Than your nice landscaping would come more to its right. Quote
cablefoxley Posted June 16, 2013 Posted June 16, 2013 Good little moc here, nice ground texture and looks like the film. Very vey good. Quote
Bricknave Posted June 16, 2013 Posted June 16, 2013 I agree with what others are saying about the ground texture; it's good and detailed. Quote
