I would also like get my hands on cocoa beans just to try it by itself and experiment with more recipes. I think many desserts and candy is about twice as sweet as it needs to be for my taste, that's one of the reasons I learned to cook for myself. my top four chocoletes are peanutbutter cups brownies (no nuts unless its peanut butter) hersheys bar (also no nuts) snickers candy bar Quote

Peanut M&Ms are another favorite of mine. Pure milk chocolate or dark chocolate are fine. Chocolates with coconut shavings in them are also acceptable. I am not especially fond of chocolates with cherries inside of them. The syrup tends to taste like cough medicine. :-P Quote
