Oh dear... I think this is going to cause some consternation in those regions that don't get the Master Builders Academy program and sets. The level 4 series has been teased in this months Lego Club magazine...

The color scheme is dark blue and tan. There are some gears, chains, and rubber pieces too. Yes, the minifig is wearing a top hat.

Don't worry about it, it's not that impressive anyway. I'm sure someone will post the 4 pages (PDF) somewhere if you really want to look.

Good plan! If we don't tell them about the 2x4 milled brass bricks covered in precious woods or the working mindstorms steam engine then they probably won't yell at us.

The rubber piece, I'm assuming its that front bumper on the bigger model (center-ish of the first image)? Is this the 1st appearance of this part? I don't recognize it at all, looks like a chain or tank tread like element.

It looks to be this piece, which has been in 5 sets.
