languages Posted February 12, 2005 Posted February 12, 2005 This Afternoon I popped into my local Toys R us and saw something special. It was a 500 piece bionicle tub. I had only ever seen these on American websites, so when I saw it I was amazed. The set is totally different to the American set (8715) as it contains totally different pieces. There are a total of 20 masks! The tub is well worth the money as it is only Quote
languages Posted February 13, 2005 Author Posted February 13, 2005 :-D As promised here are the pics (when the folder is public): Bionicle Tub My Gallery Quote
jonfett Posted February 13, 2005 Posted February 13, 2005 Neither of the links worked for me :/ Try these:- Bionicle Tub My Gallery But the bionicle tub is still not public yet :( Jon. Quote
Lord Thrawn Posted February 13, 2005 Posted February 13, 2005 Ha, I bought 2, and intend to sell one for a large amount of dollars on eBay. Tis an awesome set, really cool. Shame it didn't come with more matoran parts! Quote
languages Posted February 13, 2005 Author Posted February 13, 2005 They are really good sets. If anyone wants me to buy 1 then I will accept the new xpods as payment! I managed to build 3 matorans with the pieces. We should have a competition to see what you can build with the parts. I managed to build this cyclops for my next moc. Its going to be a greek war..... Lord Thrawn Posted February 14, 2005 Posted February 14, 2005 Try resizing the pic. It's a screen stretcher! Very promising moc. Not the best, but keep on trying! I look forward to seeing your greek war! Quote
languages Posted February 14, 2005 Author Posted February 14, 2005 When I finish my moc I will start a new topic in my creation. Hopfully I will have it finished by today. *wacko* Quote
Lord Thrawn Posted February 18, 2005 Posted February 18, 2005 I saw your diorama on brickshelf! Very cool! Quote
spotfrog Posted February 19, 2005 Posted February 19, 2005 I wish the U.S. release had this much variety. These pieces look a lot more useful. :( Quote
Kynok Posted February 21, 2005 Posted February 21, 2005 I'm not really interesteed in those TRU promotions. They allways are "first come, first serve" kinda deal. |-/ Except for the Toa Lhikan & Kikanalo. But I've seen those in other stores other then TRU. So comes the qustion: was it really a TRU promo? :o -BB Quote
