Where to source bulk parts for water technique

Hello everybody,

As I'm not completely satisfied with the water in my current layout, so I wanted to make it more like this but does anyone know how much of those 4073 parts make a liter, or other volume unit?

And are there cheaper alternatives for this part than BrickLink?

do you mean PAB wall because the cheapest on bricklink go for €0,01/piece at a lot, PAB at shop@Home is €0,08

Yes, the PAB wall: you can fill a lot of these in the cups so I guess it can be cheaper than Bricklink (like all small parts).

Indeed there were blue 1x1 round in Köln when I went there mid-March, but they were mixed with trans-clear plates so it takes a lot of time if you want to fill a cup with blues only

Okay, That won't be soon becaus getting there might be a bit of a problem for me.
