How to socialize with other AFOLs?

Hey, My name is Elliott Coe, I'm 22, I'm an ICT Technician and my hobby is Lego.

My main question is here, how do I get to talk to other AFOLs? I love lego but none of my friends do and I need some to share my passion with, I recently purchased two NXT sets, 2 pneumatic backhoe loader and loads of other pieces and pneumatics.

But I suppose this is more of and introduction so hi :D

You could try and join an Internet Forum dedicated to Lego?

You can look up any LEGO User Groups near you (if any). This is the only way I can socialize, and show MOCs with other AFOLs, apart from a couple local friends. The nearest LUG, to me, is a few hours away.

I found a local group on Facebook and am now running an expo in a few weeks time.
