What's the difference between a regulator and a moderator? Same thing?

From User Groups and Tags:

Moderators

Moderators keep the site running smoothly from a member point of view. (Admins help out in this job as well.) They also help out with regulating.

...

Regulators

The main job of a regulator is to keep the forum structure organised; indexes, merging topics, renaming topics... that kind of work. They also help out with moderating.

Congrats! I thought this was an Aprils fools joke, guess not. He will do well on AmeriBricks, which I for one am very excited about.

I thought this was Aprils fools joke, and it wasn't, but I took ameribricks seriously because I thought I saw that it was posted on march 31. Only Aprils fools joke I've ever fallen for.
