This is fantastic! I'd make a Like a Surgeon Al, but the surgeon minifig has the curves, but Al is a fairly skinny guy anyway, so I don't think it matters.

I thought Andrea's hair would work well for Al, but I never thought about using Frodo's hair for the 80s Al.

Thanks! I don't know about the curves. I might work, it might not. It wouldn't hurt to try! For Frodo's hair, I'm gonna post a pic on Flickr of the minifig with that hair.
