Designers names of the official sets?

Is there a way to find out who designed the particular LEGO sets? For example I'd like to know the designer name(s) of 8386 Ferrari F1 Racer and 4891 Highway Haulers - some of my most favorite LEGO sets, and which sets they designed else? And what are they doing now, Flickr pages, etc...
