That's a lovely modular! The colours for the ground floor are... interesting... :) - but I really, really like the plastered-brick-wall-look of the upper floors. And the awning is great, too - lime and dark green go surprisingly well together. The whole thing fits very well into your (gorgeous) street.

On another note: Have you considered getting a better camera (or experimenting a bit with photo processing)? Your current one doesn't do your buildings justice - that last picture isn't too bad, but the top four look far too dark and gloomy - the building is much nicer than it looks there!

That's a great building. Actually, I had a bakery in mind for a while, and seeing yours is an inspiring start of a new modular. I like its corner position with a standard 90 degree angle and tile detailing on the facade. The roof on the side looks a bit off with the white trim around. Nevertheless, it fits nicely in the street view. Well done.

This is a nice bakery, with some great details, like the awning over the front window and the exposed bricks on the facade. There are more differences in window design than I would go for in a building of this size, but it works in this case as it looks great in the street view. You can see the Winter Village Bakery influences, but it's different enough to make it well and truly your own.

Great modular! The colors go really well together. I would not have thought of the lime with he dark red, but I really the the result. The upper floor (I assume by no coincedence) is very reminisancent of the Cafe Corner (seems to be every modulr building fan's favorite).

Great result!

Looking forward to your next!
